Straight out of the box, Monroe started playing with the bird and obviously loves it!

My kitty loves this! The chirping is quiet but loud enough for her to hear it. It doesn't make the horrible noise that the floppy fish makes (thank goodness).

My dog is usually rough with her toys. This little bird she gently carries around the house.Has remained one of her favorite toys for over 6 months

Okay, so Leo is usually not impressed with anything that doesn't come in a can. He's a senior cat and pretty much over the whole "chase the red dot" thing. But this bird toy? It's a whole different story. The second I turned it on, his ears perked up at the chirping. It’s not an annoying electronic screech either, it sounds surprisingly realistic. He just sat there for a minute, tail twitching, doing that intense cat-stare.The flapping wings are what really sold him, I think. He watched it flutter for a bit, and then did this super slow, sneaky army crawl across the living room rug before he finally pounced. It was hilarious. I love that it shuts off on its own and then waits for him to bat at it to start up again. I work from home, and it’s nice that he has something to keep him occupied that doesn't involve him walking across my keyboard. If you’ve got an older cat who needs a little nudge to get moving, this little bird might just be the thing. It’s been great for getting him off the couch.

This toy was a lot larger than expected. You charge it once and forget it. It starts chirping and flapping it's wings when the cat touches it. No need to turn it on or off. It also has a pouch of catnip to attract cats. I've had this for over a month now and haven't had to recharge it. The biggest win is that the cats have not lost interest in it.
