At Pawpowpet, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand how we handle different situations.

Return & Exchange Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request an exchange or report an issue with your order.

Pawpowpet will issue a full refund including shipping for any damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please Contact Us directly for assistance with processing your return.

Pawpowpet will issue a full refund of the cost of the returned product if you are not satisfied with your item(s).Contact our Customer Service to initiate the return process within 30 days upon receiving your item(s). The item must be returned in its original condition (if eligible per the return policy).

If you have any questions, please feel free to Contact Us. For every purchase, we offer full-service support for the customers, because we aim to make customers completely satisfied with the purchase.

Note: Please confirm your order size information with our customer service manager ( Phone: +1 303 536 7976) in time to avoid the problem of size not fitting.

How To Return & Refund?

  • Submit a return request by Contact Us to Customer Service within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include the reason for return and photographs for verification.
  • Get your return label: Once approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return label. Print and attach it to your package
  • When we receive the returned package, the item(s) will be inspected to ensure it is in the original condition and has the issues stated in the return request.
  • Ship your return: Drop off the package at any local post office within 30 days. 
  •  Once confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 business days (the processing time depends on your payment method and bank). Original shipping fee & return shipping fee will not be refunded.

Conditions 

  • New items:  Must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached.  
  • Slightly used items: Light use is acceptable, but items must be clean, undamaged, and functionally intact (e.g., no stains, tears, or odors).  
  • Faulty items:  We accept returns for defective products within 30 days. Contact us for replacement or refund.

Important Notes:

  • Return requests must be approved by us before shipping.  
  • We are not liable for return shipments lost in transit. Please use tracked shipping.  
  • Final approval depends on the item’s condition upon inspection.

EXCHANGE POLICY

* Exchanges will be processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

* No restocking fees on any returns or exchanges.

Order Cancellation  

Please be aware, once an order is placed, we can't cancel the order, as it begins processing immediately, however, once your order arrives to you, you may reach out to our support team in order to start the return process. Once you return your order, we can process a refund!
