Please note that we don't ship on weekends or holiday.

6. TAXES & DUTIES

Please note: Our item(s) price and shipping services are tax-inclusive, generally, you no longer need to pay additional duties.

 

7. CARRIER CONTACT INFORMATION

We use trusted carriers including USPS, DHL, EMS, and local postal services to deliver your packages.

Once your package arrives in your destination country, the national carrier may transfer the package to a regional carrier. If this happens, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us for accurate tracking information.

 

8. ORDER TRACKING

 You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow 1-2 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. Track Your Order Online

If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available that just means the carrier has not processed your parcel yet. When the parcel is scanned into the system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.

If it is over your estimated arrival date, please contact us, and we can take care of this for you.

Please note that Pawpowpet is not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries caused by wrong/insufficient/incomplete shipping address, wrong post/zip code, blank mobile column. Non-delivery or extra shipping costs due to personal reasons will not be taken by Pawpowpet.

 

9. CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS

You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.


10. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
