I ordered this for a colleague who has recently started working as a nurse. The name was spelt correctly and the print was clear, which was the main thing I was worried about when ordering something personalised.
It’s a standard ceramic mug rather than anything particularly heavy or premium, but it feels perfectly fine for everyday tea and coffee. The design is printed flat, so the 3D appearance is more subtle in person than it looks in the product photos. It still looks nice, just not quite as realistic as I expected.
It arrived well packed and my colleague seemed genuinely pleased with it. A decent small gift for a doctor or nurse, especially when you want something personal without spending too much.

I bought this for my sister after she qualified as a nurse, and she was really pleased with it. Her name was centred properly and the medical details make it feel more personal than a standard printed mug.
The mug itself feels sturdy and is a good everyday size for tea or coffee. The design looked slightly less three-dimensional in person than it did online, as it is a flat print rather than a raised effect, but it still looks attractive on her desk.
The colours were clear and the spelling was correct, which was my main concern with a personalised order. It’s not an especially luxurious gift, but it’s useful, personal and reasonably well made. She now takes it to work, so I’d say it was a success.
